Visual Snow Warrior of the Week-Adaya Tolonen

Meet our Visual Snow Warrior of the Week, Adaya Tolonen! ???? @dayana_panda_

Spotlight on:  Adaya Tolonen

I remember noticing static on my vision when I was about 11. Also aural migraine. I got very anxious about it all, was afraid to get blind / for it to get worse. It did not get worse, and I no longer have migraine and panic attacks. I got used to the various symptoms. I googled static in vision or such and found information about it all. It really made me feel seen. One eye doctor told me it sounds like I have VS, but did not diagnose me. I no longer feel so alone with it now, that I know it’s something real. It’s best not to focus on it, just focus on doing something instead. I just think I have a glitch which ain’t going to hurt me, and that has kept me calm.
