Spotlight on: Amber Hartley ???? @amberpatriciax

“After a rough year of coming over a panic disorder, a relationship ending, and moving to a different country, I started seeing static. After all the tests were clear we are pretty sure it’s VS. I’ve spent the last few months coming to terms with the condition and learning more about it.

My life has changed so much within the year that I’ve learnt to find comfort in the unknown and take one day at a time. My mission is to build up my nervous system and help those around me. I’ve taken up running, eat well and sleep for 8 hours which all help with the symptoms of VS. I also take stress reducing vitamins such as Magnesium, Theanine and Lemon Balm, Tumeric and D3. Although it’s been a crazy time I’ve never felt so strong within myself. I see the VS as an injury after a battle with a crazy year. I am planning on spending 3 months at a summer camp away from any screens. Which I will be interested to know the effect it will have on the VS. I will keep people posted on the results!”
