Visual Snow Warrior of the Week – Catherine Webber

Introducing Catherine, our strong and inspiring #WarriorOfTheWeek!

Spotlight on: Catherine Webber ?

“Hello my name is Catherine. I have had VS for as long as I can remember. I struggled more in my adult life as my symptoms worsened. Incorporating meditation has helped me manage my stress and reduce the symptoms, as VS will worsen for me the more stress I am under. I now make sure I get 8 hours of sleep daily, this has improved the disorientation I used to feel in the mornings and I find myself less disorientated throughout the day. Changing my diet to eat more cleanly reduced the Visual disturbances and I feel like I have now reached my baseline for VS. I know these seem like simple little changes but they have helped me tremendously.”
